Cancellation policy and non-refundable (NR) deposit: All options include a $250, non-refundable deposit whether you pay in full or choose our payment plan. All remaining dues must be paid no later than 6 weeks before retreat. Should you cancel prior to 6-weeks before the event, all but this NR-deposit can be returned within 6-10 business days. 50% is refundable if cancelling between 6 weeks and 2 weeks. Should you cancel within 2-weeks of the event, zero of the funds are refundable due to the cost to reserve the lodge and unlikelihood of being able to book your space with such short notice. Should you choose the payment plan option, there is an additional NR $50 fee, regardless the room rate or duration of payment plan.
Payment Plan is available divided into as many as five payments, depending on when you enroll. The 5-payment plan option starts January and alternates every-other-month, to be paid off in September. (Jan 15th, Mar 15th, May 15th, Jul 15th, Sept 15). The number of payments and rate of each payment changes depending on enrollment date. For example, if choosing the 3-bedded cabin Payment Plan at Regular Rate, you'll pay $250 deposit, then up to five payments of $127 starting January 15th (regular rate $835 - $250 = $585 + $50 = $635/5 = $127). Signing up after January means you'll only have 4 payment opportunities; After March - only 3 payment opportunities, and so on.
All Payments are invoiced to the email you use to make your initial deposit. Tracking whether your payments have processed is your responsibility so please check SPAM folders or contact Jena if you do not see an invoice by each payment date of Jan 15th, Mar 15th, May 15th, Jul 15th, and Sept 15.
